This privacy policy was created in order to inform anyone interested in learning how their Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is being used by Raconteur Story Writing Services LLC and how we gather, use, safeguard, and otherwise handle Personally Identifiable Information. It is Raconteur’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website.

Like most website operators, Raconteur Life Story Writing collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, referring site, language preference, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our web visitors use our website.

Like most website operators, we also collect potentially Personally Identifiable Information when the individual willingly provides it. PII is any data that could potentially identify a specific individual. Any information that can be used to distinguish one person from another and can be used for de-anonymizing anonymous data can be considered PII.

Some visitors to Raconteur’s website choose to interact with Raconteur in ways that require us to gather PII. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, if an individual wishes to join our email list, they share two forms of PII: their email and name. If an individual wishes for us to contact them via phone, then sharing a phone number would be required.

Collection: We collect personal information from individuals who visit our website, Facebook page, or other affiliated online presences. When subscribing to our email list or filling out any contact form, individuals may be asked to enter PII such as their name, phone number, email, mailing address, or other details. These details enable us to contact individuals in order to answer questions about or provide our service.

Use: We may use the information provided in a variety of ways such as the following: to better serve individuals by personalizing experiences; to allow us to deliver content and services in which individuals are most benefited; to allow us to personalize experiences when we contact individuals or respond to customer service appeals; to contact individuals before, during, or after experiences with us; to contact individuals in order to request reviews or testimonials; to contact individuals for other experience-related reasons.

Safeguarding: We safeguard PII by having a secure website. In addition, personal information is only accessible by a limited number of individuals who have access to our system in order to keep PII confidential.

Third-Party Disclosure: We do not share, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer PII to outside parties unless we provide advance notices.

Third Party Tracking: We do use third-party tracking, such as Facebook Pixel.

Should a data breach occur, we will attempt to notify those involved as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding this privacy policy, you may contact us at 337-321-2256 or Email Joshua.
